Gluten-Free Recipes



  • 1 dozen All But Gluten™ Mini Brownies
  • 1 package GF chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipping cream


  • 1. Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk until soft-set.
  • 2. In small bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form.
  • 3. Fold whipped cream into pudding mixture. Refrigerate until ready to assemble.
  • 4. Crumble the All But Gluten™ Mini Brownies. In each of 12 shot glasses, layer crumbled brownies and chocolate mousse.
  • 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
